Here at ShopNeeyon, we offer free shipping on all orders above $50 (This offer applies to the United States only) .

How will my order be packaged? Depending upon the size/weight of the products in your order, the items could be packaged in kraft mailers, polymer mailers, and cardboard boxes. For some products, the interior of the cardboard box has adhesive bubble wrap to further protect the item(s).

Which service providers are used to deliver my order? We use Fed Ex, US Postal Service, DPD, Latvijas Pasts and DHL.



When will my order ship or how long will it take to fulfill my order? It may take 2-3 days for your order to be processed/fulfilled and on average it takes about 4 days to ship the products.

Will I get charged customs fees? Shipments outside of the US may incur customs fees, depending on your order destination and fulfillment location. The fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, etc.

 Shipping Options:

Can I add special services (Registered Mail, Insurance, etc.) to my order? We have looked into adding additional services to the shipping options but our systems are not able to add those additional services at this moment. Please note that any order shipped USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail International, or any UPS service has some insurance automatically included.

My order shipped, but it has not arrived within the estimated time of delivery – what do I do?  If we still have stock of products within the order, we will resend the order after filing a claim with the carrier. But before we can do that we ask the following:

1. Please allow the full estimated time of delivery to expire. Shipping can be delayed due to weather, customs, service carrier strikes, world politics, etc.
2. Check the tracking number to see last recorded location. International customers may be able to use the tracking services of their local postal service to see if the package has been processed in their own country.
3. If tracking number indicates delivered, please check with neighbors, building managers, etc. to see if the order was misdelivered.
4. Check your shipping confirmation e-mail to make sure the shipping address was listed correctly. If the address is listed incorrectly, the customer will be invoiced the postage fees to resend the order.
5. International Customers ONLY: Check with customs/postal service to see if any fees are due. (Customs fees are the receiver’s responsibility). If an order is returned as “unclaimed” due to customs fees not being paid, the customer will be invoiced for additional postage to resend the order and the customer will still be subject to potential customs fees on the resending of an order.
6. If after all of this, it is determined that your order has not arrived, please contact via e-mail shop@neeyon.com to make arrangements to resend your order. If you choose to send it to a different address, you may be responsible for any postage fees to resend the order. Or we can process a full refund for the order.
7. At times, there could be shipping delays due to COVID-19.


I got my order, but something is wrong/missing/damaged – what do I do? E-mail shop@neeyon.com with the issue. For incorrect or damaged items, please include a picture of the packing list and the incorrect/damaged item(s) in the order. We will replace incorrect, missing or damaged items at our expense.

Do you offer gift wrapping? We do not offer any gift wrapping service

Can I ship my order to someone else? Yes, you may. Just make sure the shipping address is complete and current. Also, if shipping internationally, be aware that the recipient may be responsible for any customs fees. We, legally, cannot mark orders as “gifts”, nor will we mark orders with a reduced value for purposes of reducing or avoiding customs fees.

 

Returns

If for some reason you’re unsatisfied with your order, you can return it to us in like-new condition within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund. Do note that if 20 days has passed since you have received your order that we will be unable to accept it as a return.

To return the item, place the items in their original packaging in a package and address it to the following address:

Please include a note with the return indicating the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for postage/shipping fees to return anything that is unwanted/unneeded. When the item(s) are received, we will process a refund for the items within the order, but none of the postage/shipping fees will be refunded.

I received my order, but would like to exchange one or more of the items in the order. How do I do that? Please follow the instructions above for returning an item. After a refund is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

How are refunds applied?

The refund will be either credited to payment method associated with the order and will depend upon the 20 days refund deadlines associated with those payment methods.

My order hasn't shipped yet, how do I cancel it?
You should have received a confirmation email when you placed your order. If it has been more than 3 days since you placed your order and you haven’t received an email from us, check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there. If you can’t find the email, contact us at shop@neeyon.com as soon as possible.
I got my order months ago, and I am just now opening it and I'm finding an issue. What should I do?

We kindly request that when you receive an order that you check it upon receipt for any issues and condition of the product(s). We will not replace any items after the product(s) has been received within 20 days (This include US or international orders).
